Also… Shreveport seems to have cured me of my crippling art block. I’m already doing the lineart for this, which is coming along nicely for once. 

If I was a better writer I would write fanfics, but I should really start making myself do comics again instead of these little one-shot pieces.
Although it is fun to see what people make of them. :)

This, though, does have a little story to go with it…
So like… the enemy Spy got into Medic’s stuff and switched out some bottles. All Medic wanted was an aspirin but instead he ends up tripping balls on he’s not sure what. Heavy finds him on the verge of total psychological melt down and, after fending off Medic’s assaults (he’s panicking :P), just tries to keep him calm until it wears off.
…yeah, it’s more fluff than anything. I like fluff.
I wish I could write it. orz Anyway, quick sketch before bed because I love drawing him in distress. I have a problem.

Can’t get this whole original artists vs. fan artists thing I saw going around Tumblr out of my head, so there’s Roald being the dictator of my life telling me it’s not okay to like other things besides my OCs.
Original artists who hold themselves higher than others because they rarely or never draw fanart are just… well, jerks.

So after having a bad day, I decided character torture therapy was in order. Sorry, Medic.

Been slowly working on this for weeks! Glad to have it finished (although I rushed it towards the end because that’s a bad habit for me). Adding Archimedes was literally a last second decision (because his arm seemed just awkward there doing nothing) so yeah crappy bord is crappy.

Just taking the bird out for a quiet walk, Medic?
